The Galxe website, a prominent Web3 community platform, experienced a major setback on October 6. At 14:44 UTC, Galxe reported on X (formerly Twitter) that its website was down. It was later confirmed that the platform had fallen victim to a security breach affecting its Domain Name System (DNS) record. Galxe warned users against accessing the domain until the situation was resolved.
Uncertainty Surrounding Galxe Website’s Safety
As of now, Galxe has not provided confirmation regarding the safety of its website. Although the platform managed to restore its website, some X users reported that it was being blocked by Google (NASDAQ:). This additional hurdle adds to the growing concerns surrounding Galxe’s security.
