ProShares Introduces New Short Ether Strategy ETF
ProShares launches three new Ether (ETH) Futures-Index funds
ProShares has recently introduced three new Ether (ETH) Futures-Index funds (ETFs) and the latest addition, the ProShares Short Ether Strategy ETF (SETH), is set to commence trading in November. The ETF will be listed on NYSE Arca and aims to achieve daily investment results that reflect the inverse performance of the S&P CME Ether Futures Index, according to a filing submitted on October 13.
SETH aims to profit from price declines
The fund does not engage in direct short selling of Ether but instead seeks to benefit from price declines. As of Friday, the price of ETH was approximately $1,540, reflecting a decrease of around 6% over the past week.
