Biden masterfully connected the actions of Hamas militants in the Gaza Strip, who attacked Israel, to Russian President Vladimir Putin’s forces, which invaded Ukraine in February 2022. He passionately framed these conflicts as a direct threat to democracy, emphasizing the importance of American leadership and alliances in maintaining global peace and security.

“American leadership is what holds the world together. American alliances are what keep us, America, safe,” expressed Biden with conviction.

In addition to his powerful rhetoric, Biden plans to request $100 billion in new spending from Congress. This proposed budget includes $60 billion earmarked for Ukraine and $14 billion for Israel, providing crucial support to both nations during these challenging times, according to a reliable source familiar with his plan.
